survey of rate implementation creative city comparative comparison between sustainable urban development’s indicators and criteria of create a creative city (case study: yazd province cities)

extended abstract: introduction creative city is a place with a strong flourish of arts and culture, creativity and innovation with four scenarios of creative human capital, quality of life, innovation and investment in social in order to use of sustainable development indicators. the aim of this study is an analysis of the relationship between sustainable development indicators and criteria of creative cities in line with rate implementation of sustainable creative city. methodology study is descriptive-analytical and statistical society is 24 city of yazd and indicators includes 35 indicators sustainable development and 22 indicators creative city. for data analysis is used the models rating - urban size, coefficient of entropy and topsis model. furthermore, the relationship between the variables is applied inferential statistics tests such as the correlation coefficient, multiple regression and path analysis. results study sustainable development indicators in yazd province shows in combination of index, cities yazd and mybod are considered as sustainable cities. also path analysis measures the creative city is indicative innovation variables with the 0/672 and education with the 0/537 have maximum effects of respectively in sustainable development and creative cities and towns of yazd. conclusion finally city of yazd according to high levels of human capital, the number of scientists, high levels of incubators and technology, the potential the use of renewable energy (solar, wind) and moving in realization of creative city
